Reading Festival

Good Morning!
So the reading festival kicks off today!  This year is a little bit different.  In an effort to try to simplify things we are not sending home a minute chart.  I have spoken with the students and told them to keep track of their minutes at home.  When they add up to an hour they should record it in their agenda.  Once they have 5 hours they should check in with me for a sticker.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

Headphones

Hello everyone,
As we get further into the school year we will be using technology more and more.  There will be times when we need headphones for our devices.  We do have some here at school, but some people prefer to use their own.  Please feel free to bring in a pair from home to use, as long it's okay with your parents!

I would like to thank everyone for my lovely end of the year gift.  The terrarium was such a wonderful idea.  It is so cool, and it looks beautiful in my bay window at home.  The chocolates are absolutely scrumptious!  Thank you all for such a fantastic year.  It was such a joy working with all of you.  I hope you have an amazing summer and I wish you all the best in fourth grade!!!

I would like to thank each and every one of you for making Teacher Appreciation Week so special for me!!!  I absolutely LOVE the book that you made for me.  Each page is so special!  It was such a treat to have such delicious muffins delivered to me in the morning, and the Henry's gift certificate was such a great idea!  I love popping in there on my way home from school to grab something yummy for dinner.  Thank you for all these things everyone, but most of all thank you for being such wonderful, kind, and generous people!!!

It's the Holiday Season...
