This Week

Thursday - Rock Your School Day (dress like a rockstar)
Friday - PJs for Pediatric Cancer Research (bring a $1 and wear your PJs to school)

Monday we added "practice facts" to our homework sheets.  As we discussed in class you should be practicing the 0 facts using the flash cards that went home in your folder.  If you're confused about this new routine please make sure you ask a friend or teacher for help.

First Week

Wow!  What a wonderful first week we had together!!  Everyone did such a nice job transitioning into third grade.  I hope you all enjoyed our first three days together, getting to know each other and learning some of our classroom routines and expectations.
Things to remember:
-Gym on Tuesday so wear your sneakers!
-STEAM on Wed. so dress appropriately for STEAM activities (see the note below from Mr. A)!

Dear North Beverly Families,

I hope you all had a wonderful summer and that the start of the school year has been smooth for your families. I have asked the classroom teachers to include this message in their communications with you because I just wanted to make you aware aware that from time to time the students will participate in STEAM projects that have the potential to get a little messy. With that in mind you may want to consider clothing for your children that would be suited for these types of hands on projects.
